UV Express drivers in Cebu worry over P2P rule

UV Express drivers in Cebu City are worried over the implementation of a P2P scheme by the LTFRB as this will create conflict with their passengers.

The new rule starting June 1 will no longer allow UV Express or V-hires to drop and pickup passengers along their route outside designated terminals.

There will be strict implementation of the new Memorandum Circular beginning June in Central Visayas.

Passengers on the other hand said the new scheme is a hassle if their destination is just along the route.
