Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña believes there is an "undeclared Martial Law" in Cebu City following what he claims are series of harrassment against his supporters by the Cebu City Policemen
Osmeña said the latest incident is the burning of a truck owned by Bonbon barangay captain Eduardo Cabriana by armed men believed to be policemen.
Cabriana was allegedly asked by Police Major Chuck Barandog to switch sides and hang a tarpaulin of mayoralty candidate Edgar Labella of Barug PDP-Laban Party.
