Commission on Elections Regional Director Veronico Petalcorin orders investigation on alleged Cebu City police involvement in partisan politics.
Petalcorin is also investigating claims of the Police that they were harassed by Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña during Checkpoint Operations.
Police Regional Director Debold Sinas on the other hand believe that it is a normal scenario during Elections where candidates often claim Police is being partisan.
