PNP Crime Lab in Central Visayas says no indication of rape in the DNA and swab test results of Christine Silawan.
Medico Legal Officer, Dr. Benjamin Lara said there are no male specimen in the victim's genitals.
This is contrary to the claims of the Public Attorney's Office second autopsy.
