LTO-7 Director Victor Caindec says they are not yet enforcing the drive against noisy motorcycles or the ones with modified mufflers or Bora Bora.
He said they are still defining guidelines so that there will be no misinterpretation of the Order to apprehend these type of motorcycles.
Caindec also said they needed equipment like decibel meters too.
