Three policemen are facing charges for the alleged "Police Brutality" viral video.
The three cops and five other "john does" who were also believed to be police officers are facing a criminal complaint for Torture under RA 9745, Robbery, Grave Threats, Child Abuse, and Serious Physical Injuries.
If found guilty in the Anti-Torture law, they could land up to 20 years in jail.
