Zero water supply from Buhisan Dam in Cebu

One of the two major dams in Cebu have stopped producing water at the onset of the El Niño Phenomenon affecting 6,000 households in Cebu City.

The Buhisan Dam has zero production because its water levels are way below the  discharge pipes.

The Jaclupan Dam on the other hand can only supply around 19,000 cubic meters of water instead of 33,000 cubic meters because of the dry spell.
