Families and farmers in upland Cebu City are starting to feel the heat of the dry spell even before the onset of the El Niño.
Some of them had to travel to rivers to take a bath or do their laundry because their water sources at home have began to deplete.
Even the rivers have also began to dry up too.
Many of the crops have also died because of the drought.
