Following the protests against the crackdown on habal-habal and Angkas across the country, Transportation Sec. Arthur Tugade has ordered the creation of a Technical Working Group for motorcycle taxis.
The TWG will look into crafting regulations in using motorcycle taxis.
At least 6,000 motorcycle drivers gather on Sunday in Cebu City to protest against government policy against habal-habal and Angkas.
