Optical Media Board Anselmo Adriano was in Cebu to check on local theaters in intensifying campaign against piracy of movies from the Metro Manila Film Festival.
He was joined by at least 150 volunteers and OMB agents in looking for individuals who may be "camcording" movies inside theaters here.
