The Cebu City midtown skyline as viewed from where i am. Are these signs of progress or are these sprouting concrete jungle the cause of our unusual flooding? Fanned by lack of zoning, is our city ready for a fast pace development? I can just imagine the waste water coming out of these buildings while we still don't have a sewerage system. On the other hand, the view however remains breathtaking, poster-perfect for our city... And we still have blue skies.
